Abstract
Kako bi poduzeće čija je djelatnost strojna obrada ostalo konkurentno na tržištu, mora prilikom izračuna cijene koštanja za ponudu vrlo brzo i precizno odrediti vrijeme koje je potrebno za izradu pozicije, odnosno komadno vrijeme izrade. Većinom poduzeća određuju komadno vrijeme iskustveno, na temelju znanja tehnologa i prethodno izrađenim pozicijama. Unutar diplomskog rada pod nazivom „Razvoj modela za procjenu komadnog vremena izrade“ prvo se relevantnom literaturom prikazuju teorijske osnove strojne obrade i alatnih strojeva. U nastavku se obrađuje važnost računalnih sustava te se predstavljaju slično izrađeni modeli za procjenu komadnog vremena. Konačno, razrađuje se model unutar Excel aplikacije te se provodi analiza točnosti samog modela i vrijeme potrebno za provlačenje novog izratka na temelju uzorka od šest različitih proizvoda (tri za glodanje i tri za tokarenje) koji su proizvedeni u jednom domaćem poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
In order to stay competitive on the market, company whose activity is machining must very quickly and precisely determine required production time for product, that, is production time for one piece when calculating production cost for offer. Most companies determine production time for one piece experientially, based on the knowledge of technologist and previous produced positions. Within graduate thesis entitled “Development of model for estimation of production time for one piece”, firstly are presented theoretical foundations of machining and machine tools through relevant literature. Furthermore, the importance of computer systems are discussed and similar models for one piece time estimation are presented. Finally, model is elaborated within the Excel application, then the accuracy of model itself and required time to go through model with new workpiece are analyzed on a sample of six different products (three for milling and three for turning) that were manufactured by a domestic company.
