Abstract
Hotelijerstvo u suvremenom turizmu predstavlja najjači element, gospodarsku granu sa najvećim potencijalima razvoja u budućnosti te samim time utjecaja na gospodarstvo zemalja. Ponuda svakog hotela predstavlja ukupnost svih osnovni i dodatnih usluga koje hotel nudi svojim gostima s ciljem zadovoljenja njihovih potreba. Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb smješten je u samom središtu zagrebačke poslovne četvrti te ga karakterizira neposredna blizina centra Zagreba, naime nalazi se na svega 2 km od središta grada. Cilj istraživanja u ovom radu bio je analizirati ponudu hotela DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb. Željela se utvrditi kvaliteta i konkurentnost ponude sukladno zahtjevima turističkog tržišta
Abstract (english)
Hospitality in modern tourism is the strongest element, the industry with the greatest potential for future development and hence the impact on the economy of the countries. The offer of each hotel represents the totality of all the basic and additional services that the hotel offers to its guests in order to satisfy their needs. Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb is located in the very center of the business district of Zagreb and is close to the center of Zagreb, just 2 km from the city center. The aim of the research in this paper was to analyze the offer of the DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb hotel. We wanted to determine the quality and competitiveness of the offer in accordance with the requirements of the tourism market.
