Congress tourism as unseasonable hospitality activity of organizing and holding large gatherings and similar represents a potential opportunity for hotels (which operate only in season) to extend its offer and extend the business throughout the year. The presented final paper analyzed the MICE offer of Hotel Lone from Rovinj. Based on the analyzes obtained, it can be concluded that Hotel Lone and other hotels in the group have a leading position in the destination when talking about the MICE offer. The success of hotel business on the MICE market depends on the knowledge of the market and users, while the key business objective is to satisfy the wishes and needs of guests and customers. In the overall offer of Rovinj as a tourist destination, Lone Hotel is based on its tradition of experience and business and recognizability in the domestic and international markets. Lone is an integral part of the Maistra hotel group, member of Adris Group, with a good business strategy and strong social responsibility.
