Abstract
Cilj rada je prikazati kako teorijski tako i u praksi organizacijsku strukturu hotela na primjeru Remisens Hotel Giorgio II, Ičići. Kako bi poduzeće bilo uspješno treba imati dobro postavljene temelje. Temelj za uspješno poslovanje je uspješno postavljena organizacijska struktura. Stoga prilikom odabira organizacijske strukture menadžer mora kompletno poduzeće mora uložiti velike napore, kako bi odabrao dobru organizacijsku strukturu. Organizacijska struktura se razlikuje od poduzeća do poduzeća, te o tome ovisi sama veličina poduzeća, broj zaposlenih, vrsta posla s kojom se bavi i slično. Stoga svaka organizacijska struktura je individualna za sebe. Također organizacijskom strukturom se definira rad svakog zaposlenika zasebno, koji sudjeluje u stvaranju finalnog proizvoda ili usluga. U ovom radu prikazana je ponuda hotela, način poslovanja kao i sama organizacijska struktura Remisens Hotel Giorgio II. Iako Hotel Giorgio II trenutno ima formiranu i uspješnu organizaciju poslovanja, uvijek ima prostora za kontinuirano unapređenje organizacije, odnosno bolja podjela poslova među odjelima.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper is to present the theoretical and practical structure of the hotel on the example of Hotel Remisens Giorgio II, Ičići. For a company to be successful it should have well-laid bases. The basis for a successful business is a successful organizational structure. Therefore, when selecting an organizational structure, the entire enterprise must make great efforts to choose a good organizational structure. The organizational structure differs from the enterprise to the company, depending on the size of the company itself, the number of employees, the type of work it deals with, and the like. Therefore, each organizational structure is individual to itself. The organizational structure also defines the work of each employee individually, which is involved in the creation of a final product or service. This paper presents the hotel offer, the way of business as well as the organizational structure of Remisens Hotel Giorgio II. Although Hotel Giorgio II currently has a wellformed and successful business organization, there is always room for continuous improvement of organization, or better division of business between departments.
