Abstract | Svi investitori, kako fizičke tako i privatne osobe, moraju biti svjesne da se tržište konstantno mijenja i sukladno s promjenama dolazi do nepredvidivih iznenađenja, stoga je rizik neizbježan bez obzira koliko velik (ili ne) on bio. Cilj rada je da se na osnovi relevantne literature analiziraju rizici investiranja na tržištu kapitala te da se kroz provedeno empirijsko istraživanje na terenu prikupe podaci o hrvatskim građanima, odnosno o njihovoj financijskoj pismenosti, ulaganju u vrijednosne papire, i njihovoj toleranciji na rizik. Također, cilj je i upoznati moguće investitore s problemima i načinima sastavljanja portfelja. Da bi se izgradio portfelj koji odgovara interesima i potrebama investitora nužno je razumjeti njegove principe formuliranja. Podaci o ispitanicima prikupljeni su on-line anketnim upitnikom, u razdoblju od 10. svibnja do 10. lipnja 2019. godine. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 75 ispitanika, od toga 58,7% ispitanika ženskog i 41,3%) muškog spola. Od ukupnog broja ispitanika sedam ispitanika ulaže u vrijednosne papire. Prema dobivenim rezultatima, moglo bi se zaključiti da su ulagatelji u vrijednosne papire relativno umjereni pri ulaganju, odnosno da su voljni preuzeti rizik, ali ne i visok. Doprinos ovog rada ogleda se u prikazu podataka o investitorima i potencijalnim investitorima u vrijednosne papire, o njihovoj informiranosti, te razlozima zbog koji ulažu ili ne ulažu u vrijednosne papire. |
Abstract (english) | All investors, both individuals and individuals, need to be aware that the market is constantly changing and unpredictable surprises occur in the face of change, so risk is inevitable, no matter how big (or not) it is. The aim of this paper is to analyze the risks of investing in the capital market on the basis of relevant literature and to gather data on Croatian citizens, that is, their financial literacy, investment in securities, and their risk tolerance through conducted empirical field research. The goal is also to familiarize potential investors with the problems and ways of compiling a portfolio. In order to build a portfolio that meets the interests and needs of the investor, it is necessary to understand its formulation principles. Respondents' data were collected through an online survey, from May 10 to June 10, 2019. 75 respondents participated in the study, of which 58.7% were female and 41.3% were male. Out of the total number of respondents, seven examinees invest in securities. According to the results obtained, it can be concluded that investors in securities are relatively moderate in investing, that is, they are willing to take risk but not high. The contribution of this paper is reflected in the presentation of information about investors and potential investors in securities, their information, and the reasons why they invest or do not invest in securities. |
