Abstract
Dubrovnik, grad jedinstvene političke i kulturne povijesti, svjetski poznate spomeničke baštine i ljepote predstavlja jedan od najpoznatijih kulturno gospodarskih središta na Mediteranu te je ključan predmet istraživanja ovog završnog rada. Pojmovnim određenjem turističkog sustava i destinacije, uvesti će se u rad i upoznati s elementima iste, kao i razvojem turizma grada Dubrovnika s naglaskom na pojam strateškog upravljanja. Predstavit će se turistički razvoj, te preduvjeti za razvoj turizma grada Dubrovnika uz strategiju razvoja pomoću koje će temeljem analize ponude i potražnje sadašnjeg stanja definirati željeni ciljevi za daljnji razvoj. Definirat će se strategija, odnosno strateško upravljanje kao i realizacija u funkciji ostvarenja zadanih ciljeva koji bi u budućnosti doprinijeli razvoju grada Dubrovnika te poboljšali postojeće stanje s naglaskom na inoviranje u budući razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Dubrovnik, a city of unique political and cultural history, world-famous monumental heritage and beauty, is one of the most famous cultural-economical centers in the Mediterranean and is a key subject of this final work. The term designation of the tourist system and destination will be introduced and familiar with the elements of the same, as well as the development of the city of Dubrovnik tourism with an emphasis on the concept of strategic management. Tourism development will be presented, as well as the prerequisites for the development of the Dubrovnik city of tourism, along with a development strategy that will define the desired goals for further development based on the analysis of supply and demand of the present state. Strategies will be defined, respectively, strategic management as well as realization in the function of achieving the goals that would in the future contribute to the development of the city of Dubrovnik and improve the existing situation with an emphasis on innovation in the future development.
