The graduate work covers the topic of cultural aspects in the development of the gastrotourism of Moslavina. The paper initially explains the dimensions of the concept of cultural tourism, which does not have a unique definition because each country approaches differently to the management of cultural resources and cultural tourism. It is about its development, from once until today, and the different aspects that it encompasses. Gastrotourism is one of the most cultural tourism in this work that will be explained more closely. Gastrotourism, in itself, belongs to the domain of cultural tourism precisely because food is an important part of the culture of some people. This paper sought to explore the satisfaction of tourist offers precisely with gastrotourism, especially in the area of Moslavina. Advantages and disadvantages are seen, i.e. possible modifications in tourist offers (especially in the sphere of gastrotourism) in the area of Moslavina, all in order to contribute to an even more successful promotion of the culture of the region. Some scientific research methods were used during the production of the master's work. This, for the most part, involves a descriptive method. The conclusion, which stems from this work, is that gastronomy is the most important role in visiting Moslavina. Also, the research confirmed the diversity in the tourist, gastronomic offer of Moslavina. An important conclusion arises from the research, which is that (in this area) it is greatly enabled to understand the culture of this local community, which was also the goal of the work itself. The graduate work is based on two hypotheses: H1: Cultural aspects play a significant role in the development of gastronomic tourism and H2: Moslavina has the potential for a more successful breakthrough of its gastronomic offer into the global tourist market.
