Abstract
Dvije okosnice i dva temeljna pojma u sklopu ovoga završnog rada su inozemno poslovanje te rizik. Oba pojma prati obilježje iznimne kompleksnosti, stoga je u radu iznesen teorijski dio koji se očituje u predstavljanju najznačajnijih oblika inozemnog poslovanja te njihovih specifičnih karakterističnih obilježja dok je aspekt rizika u teorijskome dijelu iznesen kroz međunarodne poslovne rizike. Temeljem teorijske razrade navedenih pojmova stvara se podloga za ono što slijedi u radu, a to je identifikacija najznačajnijih rizika i na koji način te u kojoj mjeri oni mogu utjecati na odvijanje inozemnog poslovanja te kako je pravilan pristup upravljanja rizikom neophodan kako bi neizbježne posljedice nastale nastupom određenog rizika bile što je moguće manje štetne. Cilj samoga rada tijekom analize rizika i inozemnog poslovanja je predstaviti neupitnu korelaciju tih dvaju pojmova te naglasiti koliko je proces pravilnog upravljanja rizikom važan za bilo koji oblik poslovanja, a samom činjenicom da se radi o ostvarivanju inozemnog poslovanja, rizik raste proporcionalno s obimom onoga što je uloženo u ostvarivanje određenog poslovnog procesa. Unutar petog poglavlja izneseni su i objašnjeni relevantni podaci glede najaktualnijeg rizika na svijetu, COVID-19 virusa i objašnjen je njegov trenutni utjecaj na odvijanje hrvatskog turizma putem dostupnih statističkih podataka te je dan osvrt na cjelokupno nošenje Republike Hrvatske sa situacijom koja je zadesila cijeli svijet te promijenila kako ponašanja i navike ljudi, tako i utjecala na odvijanje gospodarstvenih procesa diljem svijeta. Republika Hrvatska je poznata po svojem turizmu i njegovom značaju za cjelokupno hrvatsko gospodarstvo, stoga je bilo potrebno istražiti stupanj njegove osjetljivosti na prethodno identificirani globalni rizik.
Abstract (english)
Two frameworks also as the two basics concepts within this final paper are international business and risk. Both concepts are characterized by extreme complexity, so the paper presents a theoretical part that is manifested in the presentation of the most important forms of intenational business and their specific characteristics, while the aspect of risk in the theoretical part is presented through international business risks. Based on the theoretical elaboration of these concepts, a basis is created for what follows in the paper, which is the identification of the most significant risks and in what way and to what extent they can affect international business and how the right approach to risk management is necessary so the consequences would be as few as possible. The main goal of the paper during the analysis of risk and international business is to present an unquestionable correlation of these two concepts and emphasize how important the process of proper risk management is for any form of business, and the fact that it is a international business, the risk grows proportionately with the volume of what is incorporated for achievement of a business realization. The fifth chapter presents and explains relevant data on the most current risk in the world, COVID-19 virus and explains its current impact on Croatian tourism through available statistics, which has changed both the behaviors and habits of people and influenced the course of economic processes around the world. The Republic of Croatia is known for its tourism and its importance for the entire Croatian economy, so it was necessary to investigate the degree of its sensitivity to previously identified global risk.
