Abstract
U ovom radu će se analizirati turistički resursi grada Karlovca. Navedeni su preduvjeti za razvoj turizma grada Karlovca te su objašnjeni kroz prirodno-geografske značajke prostora, kulturno-povijesne resurse te deomgrafske i ostale preduvjete. Provedene se analize sadašnjeg stanja grada kroz kvantitivne i kvalitativne pokazatelje ponude. Kvantitativni pokazatelji su prikazani kroz broj smještajnih jedinica i broj smještajnih objekata, a kvalitativni pokazatelji su prikazani kroz opis i ocjenu atrakcija i elemenata ponude, SWOT analizu te benchmarking analizu. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati turističke atrakcije u gradumogućnosti razvoja selektivnih oblika turizma u gradu Karlovcu, prikazati ciljeve razvoja te kako poboljšati i unaprijediti ponudu grada i konkurirati na tržištu sa što boljom ponudom kako bi potražnja bila što veća.
Abstract (english)
This article will analyze the tourist resources of the city of Karlovac. The prerequisites for the development of tourism in the city of Karlovac are listed and explained by the natural geographical features of the space, cultural and historical resources, and deomgraphic and other prerequisites. The analysis of the current state of the city was carried out using quantitative and qualitative indicators of supply. Quantitative indicators are presented through the number of units of placement and the number of objects of placement, and qualitative indicators are presented through the description and evaluation of attraction and offer elements, SWOT analysis and benchmarking analysis. The aim of this work is to show tourist attractions in the degree of development of selective forms of tourism in the city of Karlovac, to display the development goals and how to improve and improve the supply of the city and to compete in the market with the highest possible offers to make the demand as much as possible.
