Abstract
Koncepcija razvoja hotela danas počiva na potrebi za obnovom i nadogradnjom postojećih koncepata razvoja i implementiranih strategija u napretku poslovanja hotela. Brojni hotelski lanci razvili su inovativne koncepcije i strategije razvoja koje su implementirale u svoje poslovanje te kontinuiranom provedbom istih u svakodnevnom poslovanju postigli su značajnu konkurentnost, kao i poticaj inozemnim investitorima u napredak njihova poslovanja jer su isti prepoznali perspektivne strategije razvoja. Hotelski lanac Hilton već ima implementirane koncepcije i strategije razvoja svojih hotela diljem svijeta koje su generirale velik poslovni uspjeh i konkurentnost na međunarodnim turističkim tržištima. U Hotelu Hilton se implementira pet operacijskih strategija u koncepciji njegova razvoja: strategija istraživanja i razvoja, strategija marketinga, strategija proizvodnje, financijska strategija i strategija ljudskih potencijala. Njihovom implementacijom će se razviti family friendly koncepcija razvoja, a putem implementacije digitalizacije i pametne tehnologije će se najzahtjevnijim gostima pružiti luksuzne hotelske usluge visoke kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
The concept of hotel development today is based on the need to renew and upgrade existing development concepts and implemented strategies in the progress of the business. Numerous hotel chains have developed innovative concepts and development strategies that they have implemented in their business and their continuous implementation in everyday business have achieved significant competitiveness and incentives for foreign investors to progress their business because they have recognized promising development strategies. The Hilton hotel chain already has implemented concepts and development strategies for its hotels around the world that have generated great business success and competitiveness in international tourism markets. At the Hilton Hotel, five operational strategies will be implemented in the concept of its development: research and development strategy, marketing strategy, production strategy, financial strategy, and human resources strategy. Their implementation will develop a family-friendly concept of development, and through the implementation of digitalization and smart technology, the most demanding guests will be provided with luxury hotel services of high quality.
