Abstract
Zadarski su otoci, s obzirom na svoju brojnost, raspored, duljinu litorala, veličinu akvatorija, biološku i antropološku raznovrsnost, od davnina bili turistički popularni. Glavni zadatak destinacijskog menadžmenta zadarskog arhipelaga je detaljno isplanirati sve turističke segmente te na temelju sustavne analize i praćenja donijeti važne odluke kako bi se kreirala turistička strategija, naravno s ciljem ostvarenja veće posjećenosti, bolje revitalizacije, boljih ekonomskih rezultata te podizanja brendiranosti sjevernodalmatinskih otoka. Temeljna svrha je prikazati kako destinacijski menadžment zadarskog arhipelaga se može izraziti u vidu procesa koordinacije i integriranja upravljanja opskrbom, funkcija i resursa na višoj razini i procesa koji uključuju suradnju i međusobne odnose relevantnih aktera i dionika. Cilj istraživanja je ukazati na strateško upravljanje turizma arhipelaga koje zahtijeva stalnu evaluaciju procesa i postupaka unutar samog destinacijskog menadžmenta, ali i vanjskih čimbenika koji također utječu na odvijanje turizma na otocima.
Abstract (english)
Zadar islands due to their number, layout, length of the littoral, size of the water area, biological and anthropological diversity, have a long popularity for tourism. The main task of the destination management of the Zadar archipelago is to plan all tourist segments in detail and based on systematic analysis and monitoring to make important decisions to create a tourism strategy, of course with the aim of achieving greater attendance, better revitalization, better economic results and raising branding of North Dalmatian islands. The basic purpose is to show how the destination management of the Zadar archipelago can be expressed in the process of coordination and integration of supply management, functions and resources at a higher level and processes involving cooperation and interrelationships of relevant actors and stakeholders. The main goal of this research is to point out the strategic management of archipelago tourism, which requires constant evaluation of processes and procedures within the destination management, but also external factors that also affect the development of tourism on the islands.
