| Abstract | Zagrebačka županija se nalazi na srednjem dijelu područja Republike Hrvatske te okružuje s istoka, juga te zapada grad Zagreb koji je glavni grad. Do 2018. godine se bilježi porast broja dolazaka turista u Zagrebačku županiju, potom 2019. se ostvaruju manji pad dok je 2020. godina najgora od analiziranih godina, s obzirom na pandemiju virusa COVID-19. to se tiče noćenja rezultati su slični dolascima pa je tako do 2019. godine zabilježen porast broja noćenja turista dok taj broj 2020. godine drastično pada te je ostvareno manje od 1/3 prijašnjih godišnjih rezultata. U svrhu pisanja ovog diplomskog rada formirana su pitanja za intervjuu kojima se željelo skupiti odgovore grada, turističke zajednice, turističkih agencija i privatnih iznajmljivača o njihovom doživljaju i posljedicama pandemije COVID-19 na cjelokupno poslovanje. U provedenom istraživanju, u svrhu pisanja ovog diplomskog rada, na postavljena odgovorili su iz Turističke zajednice Zagrebačke županije, Turističke zajednice Samobor, Turističke zajednice Sveti Ivan Zelina. Osim toga u istraživanju je sudjelovala turistička agencija IDEA te privatni iznajmljivači- Hoteli Cottage House Žumberak, Hoteli Hotel Sport, Ivanić Grad, Hoteli Royal Airport, Velika Gorica, Kuća za odmor Bella, Bistra te kuća za odmor Bogdanović, Pisarovina. Pandemija je prouzrokovala brojne negativne ekonomske posljedice i negativne globalne promjene u turizmu, onemogućila putovanja i ostale turističke migracije u svijetu pa tako i u Hrvatskoj. Nužno je naglasiti razvoj eno-gastronomije koja se promovira kao jedan od motiva dolaska u destinaciju, stoga se Zagrebačku županiju vidi i dalje kao jednu od poželjnijih turističkih destinacija. Od velike je važnosti ujediniti turističke zajednice Zagrebačke županije u svrhu umrežavanja, intenzivne suradnje i zajedničkog djelovanja turističkih zajednica Zagrebačke županije i relevantnih dionika s ciljem intenzivne promocije regije ‘Zagrebački zeleni prsten’ i postojećih turističkih proizvoda i programa. |
| Abstract (english) | Zagreb County is located in the central part of the Republic of Croatia and surrounds the city of Zagreb from the east, south and west. Until 2018, there is an increase in the number of tourist arrivals in Zagreb County, then in 2019 there is a slight decrease, while 2020 is the worst of the analyzed years, given the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus. in terms of overnight stays, the results are similar to arrivals, so by 2019 there was an increase in the number of tourist nights, while in 2020 the number dropped drastically and less than 1/3 of previous annual results were achieved. For the purpose of writing this thesis, interview questions were formed to gather answers from the city, the tourist board, travel agencies and private renters about their experience and the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the entire business. In the conducted research, for the purpose of writing this diploma thesis, the answers were answered by the Zagreb County Tourist Board, the Samobor Tourist Board, the Sveti Ivan Zelina Tourist Board. In addition, the travel agency IDEA and private landlords participated in the research - Hotels Cottage House Žumberak, Hotels Hotel Sport, Ivanić Grad, Hotels Royal Airport, Velika Gorica, Holiday House Bella, Bistra and Holiday House Bogdanović, Pisarovina. The pandemic caused numerous negative economic consequences and negative global changes in tourism, prevented travel and other tourist migrations in the world, including Croatia. It is necessary to emphasize the development of eno-gastronomy, which is promoted as one of the motives for coming to the destination, so Zagreb County is still seen as one of the most desirable tourist destinations. It is of great importance to unite the Zagreb County Tourist Boards for the purpose of networking, intensive cooperation and joint action of Zagreb County Tourist Boards and relevant stakeholders with the aim of intensive promotion of the ‘Zagreb Green Ring’ region and existing tourism products and programs. |
