tradicionalni kolači poput fritula, kroštula, presnaca i drugih. |

Wines are one of the most important parts of the enogastronomic offer of Kvarner. On the islands of Kvarner, such as Krk, Cres, Lošinj and Rab, grape varieties such as žlahtina, muškat žuti, Sansigot, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and many others are grown. Also, there are some lesser-known varieties, such as bilan, divjaka primorska, jarbola, volarovo and others, which are grown in smaller quantities. These areas also offer top quality olive oils, which are used as additions to dishes from this region. In addition to wines and olive oils, Kvarner also offers other specialties such as seafood, including fresh fish, crabs, and shellfish. In addition to fish specialties, it also contains meat specialties made from game, mutton and beef, and as "sugar at the end" there are traditional cakes such as fritula, kroštula, presnac and others. As we can see, the enogastronomic offer of Kvarner is very diverse and rich, and visitors have the opportunity to enjoy the authentic flavors of this region. |
