This paper investigates the satisfaction of Pliva employees from the production department regarding the application of business ethics in the company. Today, business ethics is an integral part of the business of almost every serious organization. It is of great importance in attracting customers, suppliers, investors, maintaining a good reputation and achieving a competitive advantage. For this reason, this paper tried to explain in more detail the importance of implementing business ethics in the company. The purpose of the paper is to explain why a company should base its operations on ethical and moral principles. This is how ethics and business ethics will be defined in this paper. The development of business ethics throughout history will also be explored. The division of ethics and ethical approaches will be discussed, and the tools and measures of managing business ethics will be listed and explained. The impact of business ethics on business performance will also be explained. The research will explain her role in the company in more detail. The historical development of the company, its vision and personnel structure will be explained. It will be shown how the company applies business ethics in its operations through research. The research was based on an anonymous questionnaire. The results of the research indicate that the company really applies business ethics in its operations and that its employees are quite satisfied with its application.
