Abstract
U završnom radu detaljno je analizirana i istražena problematika ženskog poduzetništva, kako u svijetu tako i unutar Republike Hrvatske. Prikazane su različite karakteristike koje opisuju žene u poduzetništvu kao i s kojim se preprekama i izazovima žene susreću na svom poduzetničkom putu. Osim toga, u radu su definirane razlike između muškaraca i žena u poduzetništvu, ističući kvalitete s kojima žene raspolažu u poslovnom svijetu. Nadalje, navedeni su primjeri poticanja ženskog poduzetništva u Hrvatskoj. Nakon analize ženskog poduzetništva u Hrvatskoj, dani su primjeri uspješnih žena poduzetnica koje su svojim radom, trudom i upornošću uspjele u poduzetničkom ostvarenju.
Abstract (english)
In the thesis, the issue of women's entrepreneurship is thoroughly explained and analyzed, both globally and within the Republic of Croatia. Various characteristics that describe women in entrepreneurship as well as the obstacles and challenges women face on their entrepreneurial journey are presented. Moreover, the work defines the differences between men and women in entrepreneurship, highlighting the qualities women possess in the business world. Furthermore, examples of encouraging women's entrepreneurship in Croatia are provided. After analyzing women's entrepreneurship in Croatia, examples of successful women entrepreneurs who have succeeded in their entrepreneurial endeavors through hard work, effort, and persistence are given.
