Abstract
Trijaža je iznimno bitan proces u svakodnevnici djelatnika hitne službe. U slučajevima masovne nesreće njena se uloga bitno povećava i iznimno je bitna stavka u medicinskom odgovoru na masovnu nesreću. Kako bi se uspješno provodila, medicinski djelatnici, ali i ostale hitne službe koje sudjeluju u odgovoru na masovnu nesreću, moraju biti posebno educirani. Odgovornost, dobra komunikacija i sposobnost brzog, ali učinkovitog, zbrinjavanja ozlijeđenih vrline su svakog djelatnika hitnih službi koji sudjeluju u odgovoru na masovnu nesreću.
Abstract (english)
Triage is exceptionally important process in everyday life of emergency service employees. In mass accidents this role is getting bigger and is more relevant for mass accidents medical response. For triage to be successfully done, special education is necessary for every emergency service which participates in mass accident response. Responsibility, good comunication and capability for fast and effective care for the injured people are virtues of every person who is related in mass accident response.
