Abstract
Carski rez vrlo je učestali zahvat u suvremenom životu. Trajanje tog zahvata vrlo je kratko, a posljedice mogu ostati cijeloga života. Iako se mnogima čini kao bezbolan način rađanja, dalekosežne posljedice su ono o čemu informira ovaj diplomski rad. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je prikazati na koji način carski rez utječe na kvalitetu života, koje su mu najčešće posljedice i koliko je problematika križobolje prisutna u ovoj populaciji. Istraživanje uključuje 67 ispitanica koje su kroz niz pitanja ispitane o svojim simptomima, posljedicama, te razini informiranosti o stanju nakon carskog reza. Istraživanje prikazuje poražavajuće rezultate po cijeni kvalitete života prije i nakon carskog reza. Potvrđuje se prisutnost križobolje koja narušava život žena i otežava majčinstvo. Informiranost o važnosti samopomoći je vrlo niska stoga nezadovoljstvo stanjem dodatno raste.
Abstract (english)
Cesarean section is a very frequent procedure in modern life. The duration of this procedure is very short, and the consequences remain for a lifetime. Although it seems to many to be a painless way of giving birth, the far-reaching consequences are what this thesis informs about. The main goal of this work is to show how caesarean section affects the quality of life, what are the most common consequences and how much the problem of low back pain is present in this population. The research includes 67 female subjects who were asked about their symptoms, consequences, and information about their condition after cesarean section through a series of questions. Research shows devastating results at the cost of quality of life before and after C-section. The presence of low back pain, which disrupts women's lives and makes motherhood difficult, is confirmed. Awareness of the importance of self-help is very low, therefore dissatisfaction with the situation is increasing.
