Abstract
Ovaj pregledni rad sadrži kratki pregled prvog i drugog porođajnog doba koji su bitni za daljnju razradu rada. Rad opisuje položaje rodilje tijekom prvog i drugog porođajnog doba koji joj olakšavaju pojavu prvih pravilnih trudova kao i sami porod. Također sadrži uloge primalje kao i partnera tijekom sudjelovanja u porodu. Detaljnije se opisuje porod na stolčiću kao i porod u vodi zbog toga što u današnje vrijeme svjedočimo tome da upravo u ovim uvjetima i položajima sve više trudnica želi rađati. Rad dokazuje koliko je bitna komunikacija između rodilje i medicinskog osoblja te kako upravo dobra komunikacija i razumijevanje dovode do najboljeg ishoda za majku i dijete. U ovom su radu također opisani i neki od savjeta za lakši porod kao što su podrška partnera, ugodna atmosfera, položaji, relaksacija i disanje.
Abstract (english)
This review contains short review of first and second stage of labor which and important for following development of this paper. This paper describes positions of woman in labor during first and second stage of labor. Which facilitate appearance of first proper contractions and labor. It also contains the role of the midwife and partner. Participating in delivery of child. It contains details of labor on the chair and into he water, because in our time we are witnessing that the lots of women labor in this conditions and positions. This paper proves how important is communication between women in labor and medical team, and how communication and mutually understanding lead to the best result for the mother and child. In this paper are also described some of advices for easier labor such as support of partner, the pleasant atmosphere, positions in labor, relaxation and breathing.
