Abstract
Trudnoća je stanje u kojem dolazi do promjena u tijelu žene. Razne komplikacije koje se mogu javiti tijekom trudnoće i poroda te njihov ishod mogu povećati rizik od razvoja različitih kroničnih oboljenja i komplikacija novorođenčeta i majke. Povišena tjelesna temperatura koja se može javiti tijekom trudnoće i poroda zahtjeva pozornost i savjetovanje s liječnikom. Temperatura iznad 39°C ukazuje na infekciju i zahtjeva liječničku intervenciju kako bi se izbjegle dodatne komplikacije. Uz povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu popratni simptomi koji se mogu javiti i na koje treba obratiti posebnu pozornost su: groznica, mučnina, povraćanje. Kroz ovaj završni rad detaljnije će se obraditi povišena tjelesna temperatura tijekom poroda te moguće nepovoljne posljedice i razvoj infekcije koje mogu imati negativan utjecaj na buduće zadravlje majke i novorođenčeta.
Abstract (english)
Pregnancy is a condition in which women's body changes. Various complications that may occur during pregnancy and childbirth and their consequences may increase the risk of developing chronic diseases and complications of newborns and mothers. The elevated body temperature that occurs during pregnancy and childbirth requires attention and consultation with the physician. The body temperature above 39° C indicates an infection and requires a medical intervention to avoid additional complications. With elevated body temperature, the accompanying symptoms that may occur and which need to pay special attention are: fever, nausea, restitution. Through this work, the increased body temperature during childbirth and the adverse effects and the development of infection that will have a negative impact on the future mum and newborn will be elaborated.
