Abstract
U ovom radu opisano je kako djelovanje stresa ima snažan utjecaj na osobu te je važno pravovremeno prepoznati što pacijent percipira kao stresor te na povoljan način ublažiti njegovo djelovanje putem strategija za sučeljavanje sa stresom. Također, spominju se karakteristike osoba koje imaju povećan rizik sučeljavanja sa stresom, kako bi ih medicinska sestra prepoznala te imala odgovarajući pristup tim pacijentima. Zbog toga je važno poznavati definiciju stresa, koji su sve stresori i u kojoj mjeri djeluju na čovjeka. Svaki čovjek drugačije reagira na stres, što medicinska sestra mora uvažiti. Pod utjecajem stresa događaju se u organizmu razne reakcije, koje utjeću na ozdravljenje pacijenta. U obrascu sučeljavanje i tolerancija na stres, po sestrinskoj teoratičarki M. Gordon, postavljaju se pacijentu određena pitanja koja služe medicinskoj sestri u otkrivanju problema, postavljanju dijagnoze i određivanju intervencija. Obrazac sučeljavanje i tolerancija na stres sastavni je dio procesa zdravstvene njege te je ukratko dan sažeti opis procesa zdravstvene njege.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes how stress has a strong impact on the person, and how it is important to determine persons individual stressor in order to ease its action in a convenient way through a strategy of coping with stress. Also, the characteristics of people with increased stress risk are mentioned, so that the nurse recognizes that and has an adequate access to these patients. It is therefore important to know the definition of stress, which are the stressors and to which extent do they affect man. Everyone responds differently to stress the nurse must take that into account. Under the influence of stress, happenings in the body have various reactions that affect the patient's healing. In the form Confrontation and Stress Tolerance, according to nursing theoretician M. Gordon, the patient is being asked certain questions which serve nurses in detecting problems, setting diagnosis and determine intervention. The form Confrontation and Stress Tolerance is an integral part of the health care process and is a brief and summarized description of the health care process.
