Studies have shown that the life quality of people with epilepsy and cerebral palsy is reduced depending on the type of attack, the frequency of epileptic seizures, the duration of the disease, the quality of seizure control and the undesirable effects of antiepileptic therapy. The most frequent occurrences of epileptic seizures are limited in daily activities, in the physical, social and emotional aspects, which is why the quality of life of an individual decreases. The frequency of epileptic seizures depends on the degree of impairment of the subjects, the therapies used, the effectiveness of the therapy, and the established control of epilepsy based on the therapy. Antiepileptic therapy as well as each other has the potential undesirable effects that then reduce the quality of life of an individual. It is known that people with cerebral palsy have epilepsy and other various comorbidities that reduce the quality of their living and physical functioning in everyday life. The level of life quality indirectly and physically functioning directly can be determined by various tests and some of them areGross Motor Function Classification System, Bimanual Fine Motor Function te Manual Ability Classsification System. These tests examine the possibility and difficulty of walking and the use of upper extremities in carrying out daily life activities. The study was conducted on a sample of 31 subjects with moderate, severe and very severe mental and physical disabilities. The aim of the study was the influence of epilepsy and antiepileptic therapies on the life quality and physical functioning of persons with cerebral palsy.
