Given today's accelerated pace of life and the lack of time to devote ourselves, there is an increasing number of people with impaired wellness. Wellness is a process of developing self-awareness. It consists of a number of dimensions that, if not in harmony, lead to illness. That's why we need a spa, a place that is based on promoting health through natural resources. Bellevue Spa Clinic is one such place. It is an award-winning spa that combines state-of-the-art treatments and a holistic approach. The aim of this research paper is to show which treatments are most used at Bellevue Spa Clinic and for what reason. The survey questionnaire only examined hotel guests that were using spa services. From the results we can conclude that the fitness zone is the most used. As far as massage is concerned, most of all goes to Body & Soul, classic Swedish massage, and Sports massage for relaxation and only secondarily for pain relief. The results also show that the younger population (> 30 years) prefer to go to fitness, while the rest (<30 years) prefer a relaxing and classic massage. According to data from Sanja Fileš's research, the majority of Croatian residents go to Spa primarily for massages to get relax, and only a few for health problems. From this we can see that the guests of Bellevue Spa Clinic are not too different from the Croatian population.
