Abstract
Limfoscintigrafija je neinvazivna slikovna dijagnostička metoda u nuklearnoj medicini koja služi za utvrđivanje prohodnosti limfatičnog sustava kod pacijenata s nerazjašnjenim oticanjem nogu ili ruku. Postupak snimanja i priprema radiofarmaka opisani su u ovome radu. Retrospektivna analiza dokumentacije od 27 pacijenata upućenih na pretragu limfoscintigrafije u svrhu potvrde i utvđivanja uzroka nastanka limfedema u Klinički zavod za nuklearnu medicinu KBC Rijeka, u vremenskom razdoblju od 2008. do veljače 2019.godine, potvrdila je limfedem u gotovo svih pacijenata. Utvrđena je i učestalost pojave prema spolu i životnoj dobi, kao i učestalosti izvođenja ingvinalne limfoscintigrafije i limfoscintigrafije gornjih ekstremiteta, posljedično i pojave limfedema gornjeg i donjeg ekstremiteta.
Abstract (english)
Lymphoscintigraphy is a non-invasive imaging diagnostic procedure in nuclear medicine which is performed for evaluation of the patency and integrity of the lymphatic system in patients with unclear swelling of the leg or arm. The procedure of lymphoscintigraphy as well as the preparation of radiopharmaceutical are described in this work. The retrospective analysis of 27 patients, who had been referred to lymphoscintigraphy for the purpose of confirmation of the lymphedema at the Clinical Institute for Nuclear Medicine of KBC, from 2008 till February 2019, confirmed lymphedema in almost all patients. Gender and age distribution as well as the frequency of the lymphoscintigraphy of the lower extremities and of the upper extremities were determined.
