Abstract
Ozljede gležnja su mnogobrojne, a ponajviše se javljaju ozljede ligamenata i prijelomi. S obzirom na to da su najčešće ozljede gležnja upravo povreda ligamenata i to s lateralne strane, ovaj rad, bit će fokusiran najviše na tu ozljedu. Ozljede lateralnih ligamenata najčešće su posljedica pretjerane inverzije stopala i događaju se svakodnevno, ne samo kod sportaša. Ozljede medijalnih ligamenata, dosta se rjeđe javljaju, ali se također ne smiju zanemarivati. Ukoliko dođe do izrazito ozbiljne povrede tj. do totalne rupture ligamenata, potrebno je liječenje vršiti najprije operativno, a zatim dobro postaviti plan rehabilitacije. Nepravilno tretirana ozljeda, može dovesti do trajnog oštećenja i nestabilnosti zgloba. Kada su u pitanju prijelomi, najpoznatiji su maleolarni prijelomi koji ujedno mogu i često jesu udruženi s povredama ligamenata te prijelomi kalkaneusa, koji su izrazito ozbiljna ozljeda s dugotrajnim oporavkom. U ovom radu, bit će objašnjene sve od navedenih ozljeda s naglaskom na mehanizam ozljeda, postavljanje dijagnoze te samu rehabilitaciju. Cilj ovog rada jest istražiti najčešće ozljede gležnja te istražiti koji je najbolji način postavljanja dijagnoze određenih ozljeda i kako postaviti optimalan plan liječenja i rehabilitacije.
Abstract (english)
Ankle injuries are numerous, and ligament injuries and fractures are the most common. Given that the most common ankle injuries are precisely ligament injuries on the lateral side, this paper will focus mostly on this injury. Lateral ligament injuries are most often the result of excessive foot inversion and occur on a daily basis, not only in athletes. Medial ligament injuries are much less common, but should also not be ignored. If there is a very serious injury, ie total ligament rupture, treatment should be performed first surgically and after that set a well-established rehabilitation plan. Improperly treated injury can lead to permanent damage and instability of the joint. When it comes to fractures, the most well-known are maleolar fractures, which can and often are associated with ligament injuries and calcaneus fractures, which are extremely serious injuries with long-term recovery. In this review, all of the above injuries will be explained with an emphasis on the mechanism of injuries, diagnosis and rehabilitation itself. The aim of this review is to investigate the most common ankle injuries and to investigate the best way to diagnose certain injuries and how to set the optimal treatment and rehabilitation plan.
