Abstract
Akutno bubrežno oštećenje (ABO) je stanje kojim se među ostalim dodatno kompliciraju tijek liječenje kod velikog broja hospitaliziranih pacijenta. Osim hosiptaliziranih pacijenata bolest može pogoditi sve skupine pacijenata. S novim saznanjima i kliničkim istraživanjima jasnije se može definirati samo stanje te pojasniti i rasvjetliti sve njezine patogeneze. Provedena klinička istraživanja doprinose jasnijem i preciznijem pojašnjenju svih studija u svrhu što boljeg razumijevanja utjecaja ove bolesti. Točno i brzo prepoznavanje ABO-a te bolje razumijevanje patofizioloških mehanizama različitih kliničkih fenotipa od velike su važnosti za istraživanje učinkovite terapijske intervencije. Akutno bubrežno oštećenje vrlo rijetko ima jednu jedinstvenu patofiziologiju stoga je vrlo važno svakom pojedinom pacijentu pristupiti temeljito i individualizirano kako bi se na vrijeme stanje dijagnosticiralo i započelo adekvatno liječenje. Najvažniju ulogu u tom pristupu imaju medicinske sestre i tehničari kao jedni od najvažnijih aktera nefrološkog tima. Svojim pristupom i stručnim znanjem aktivno sudjeluju i pridonose što bržem i boljem ozdravljenju pacijenta. Njihovim educiranjem pacijenata postiže se njihova bolja suradljivost te se umanjuje pojava neželjenih komplikacija.
Abstract (english)
Acute renal injury (AKI) is a condition that further complicates the course of treatment in a large number of hospitalized patients. In addition to hospitalized patients, the disease can affect all groups of patients. With new knowledge and clinical research, the condition can be more clearly defined and all its pathogenesis can be clarified and clarified. The conducted clinical research contributes to a clearer and more precise explanation of all studies in order to better understand the impact of this disease. Accurate and rapid recognition of AKI and a better understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of different clinical phenotypes are of great importance for research into effective therapeutic intervention. Acute renal injury very rarely has a single pathophysiology, so it is very important to approach each individual patient thoroughly and individually in order to diagnose the condition in time and start adequate treatment. One of the most important roles in this approach is played by nurses and technicians as one of the most important actors of the nephrology team. With their approach and professional knowledge, they actively participate and contribute to the faster and better healing of the patient. By educating patients, their better cooperation is achieved and the occurrence of unwanted complications is reduced.
