Abstract
U uvodu završnog rada opisana je tipologija stambene izgradnje, definirana problematika tradicionalne tipologije višestambenih zgrada. Razrađuje se tema potrebe za novim, hibridnim oblicima stambene izgradnje. U završnom dijelu navedeno je pet primjera hibridinh zgrada koje su odabrane prema kriteriju uvjeta da predstavljaju novi tipološki oblik, a da pri tome ne mogu biti svrstane ni u jedan tradicionalni tip višestambene zgrade te su kritički analizirane u kontekstu tradicionalne tipologije.
