Abstract
U radu su opisani osnovni stakleni fasadni sustavi, Curtain wall i Window wall. Nakon kratkog pregleda povijesti stakla i vrsta stakla koja se koriste u građevinarstvu, objašnjene su karakteristike staklenih fasadnih sustava i tehnologija i način njihovog izvođenja. Na zadanom modelu zgrade izračunati su troškovi izvođenja i plan održavanja staklene fasade i dva klasična fasadna sustava u periodu korištenja od 50 godina. U planu održavanja su prikazani troškovi samo za fasadu bez ostatka zgrade. Na kraju rada su uspoređene kumulativne neto sadašnje vrijednosti troškova promatranih fasadnih sustava.
Abstract (english)
This research work explains basic glass facade systems, Curtain wall and Window wall systems. After short review of history of glass and types of glass used in construction, characteristics, technology and installation of glass facades is explained. Construction and maintenance cost are calculated on building model for glass facade and two types of classic facade for 50 year period. Maintenance plan is made for facade alone, without maintenance for rest of the building. Finally, comparison is made using cumulative net cash flows of three facade systems.
