Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je proračunati glavne i sekundarne elemente dvostrešne industrijske hale tlocrtnih dimenzija 12 x 25 m. Elementi su izvedeni od hladnooblikovanih čeličnih profila. U prvom dijelu rada teorijski je opisan način izrade, vrste, primjena hladnooblikovanih elemenata te je općenito opisana problematika s kojom se susrećemo u proračunu ovakvih profila. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na proračun čelične okvirne konstrukcije. Visina nosivih stupova iznosi 3,20 m, dok je ukupna visina industrijske hale 4 m. Za elemente su odabrani otvoreni poprečni presjeci kvalitete čelika S350 GD+Z. Dimenzioniranje glavnih i sekundarnih elemenata industrijske hale provedeno je prema europskim normama, dok je statička analiza provedena računalnim programom Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015 – Student Version.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this thesis is to design the main and secondary elements of a two-seater industrial hall with a plan dimensions of 12 x 25 m. The elements are made of cold-formed steel profiles. In the first part, it is theoretical described methods of forming, types of cold-formed steel sections, application of cold-formed elements and it is generally described peculiar problems of cold-formed steel design. The second part is practical, which refers to design of stell frame. The height of columns is 3,20 m and total height of the industrial hall is 4,0 m. The elemens is open corss section with quality of steel S350 GD+Z. Design of elements was conducted according to Eurocode codes, while load analysis was performed by computer program Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015 – Student Version.
