Abstract
U radu su opisani ugovorni odnosi sudionika u građevinskom projektu. Opisani su ugovori koji se najčešće koriste u građevinskoj praksi u hrvatskoj te zakonodavni okvir kojem su podložni. Osnovne odredbe ugovora razrađene su teoretski te potkrijepljene primjerima iz prakse. Odnos između pojedinih sudionika u projektu pojašnjen je na stvarnim primjerima ugovora iz prakse te prikazan u shematskom obliku. U radu su opisani i normativni ugovori u građevinarstvu, njihova struktura te njihov odnos s obzirom na hrvatsko zakonodavstvo.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the contractual relations of the participants in the construction project. Paper describes most often used contracts in Croatia and the legal framework to which they are subject. The basic terms of the contract have been elaborated theoretically and are supported by examples of practice. The relations between individual participants in the project is illustrated by the real examples of practice contracts and shown in a schematic form.
