Abstract
Urbana gradska prometna mreža sve veći je problem i izazov kojim se susreću veliki gradovi. Na razvoj gradskog prometa utječu mnogobrojne socio-ekonomske i prostorne karakteristike. Svi ti parametri uzroci su sve zaoštrenijih prometnih problema u urbanim sredinama a samim time zadatci gradske mreže su složeniji pod pritiskom zadovoljavanja ekonomskih, prostornih i ekoloških utjecaja. Upravo zbog ovih činjenica, urbani razvoj nije moguć bez jasno sagledanih utjecaja na prometne sustave i njihovu propusnu moć. Jedan od sve modernijih pristupa analizi i rješavanju ovih problema je i izrada simulacijskih modela nad kojima se mogu simulirati sve realne prometne situacije u stvarnim prometnim okruženjima. Upravo takav jedan model biti će predstavljen u radu vezano za ocjenu i analizu efekata rekonstrukcije segmenta sekundarne urbane prometne mreže u gradu Belišću. U radu su predstavljena tri različita idejna rješenja s ciljem rješavanja problema parkinga u zoni vezanoj za uži centar grada, zajedno sa analizom učinkovitosti efekata rekonstrukcije svakog rješenja primjenom mikro-simulacijskog software programa Vissim.
Abstract (english)
Urban transport network is a growing problem and a big challenge for large cities. The development of urban transport is influenced by many socio-economic and spatial characteristics. All these parameters are the cause of increasingly aggravated traffic problems in urban areas, and thus the tasks of the urban network are more complex under the pressure of satisfying economic, spatial and environmental impacts. It is because of these facts that urban development is not possible without clearly perceived impacts on transport systems and their throughput. One of the more modern approaches to analyzing and solving these problems is the creation of simulation models over which all real traffic situations in real traffic environments can be simulated. Such a model will be presented in the paper related to the evaluation and analysis of the effects of the reconstruction of the secondary urban transport network segment in the town of Belišće. The paper presents three different conceptual solutions in order to solve the problem of parking in a zone related to the city center, together with an analysis of the effectiveness of reconstruction effects of each solution using the Vissim micro-simulation software program.
