Abstract
Gorivo iz otpada RDF/SRF (reduced derived fuel / solid recovered fuel) u dvadeset i prvom stoljeću u kojemu je intenzivirana briga čovjeka za okoliš te intencija prerađivačke industrije za smanjenjem troškova primarnog energenta, postalo je veoma bitna tema i poveznica ova dva, nekada nespojiva termina. Tehnologija sortiranja i klasificiranja otpada doživljava veliki razvoj, a tvornice i znanstveni centri koji proizvode postrojenja za doziranje, obradu i transport takve vrste goriva, ulažu znatna sredstva u optimizaciju procesa. Najčešća sinergija ove vrste goriva sa proizvodnim procesom javlja se u tvornicama za proizvodnju cementa. U samoj proizvodnji cementa, potrebno je proizvesti veliku količinu energije i topline koja služi za pečenje klinkera, a koje se dešava u velikoj rotacionoj peći. U ovom radu analizirati će se tehnološka izvedivost i financijska isplativost postrojenja za prihvat, transport i loženje RDF-a na gorioniku velike rotacione peći u sklopu postrojenja za proizvodnju cementa Našicecement d.d.
Abstract (english)
In the early twenty first century, RDF / SRF (reduced derived fuel / solid recovered fuel), in which the concern of man for the environment and the intent of the manufacturing industry to reduce primary energy costs (which in some cases is also a pollutant of the environment), has become a very important topic and connection between these two, in earlier times, incompatible terms. Waste Sorting and Classification Technology is experiencing a major development, and factories and scientific institutions that produce equipment for dosage, processing and transport of such fuel types, invest considerable resources in process optimization. The most common synergies of this type of fuel with the production process occur in cement plants. In the process of cement production, it is necessary to produce a large amount of energy and heat needed for firing the clinker in a large rotary kiln. In this document, we will analyse the technological feasibility and financial viability of the plant for receiving, transporting and firing RDF on the high rotation kiln burner within the cement plant Našicecement d.d.
