Abstract
Na primjeru obiteljske kuće u Sudovcu, Varaždinska 9, trebalo je napraviti elemente projekta energetske obnove ovojnice. U radu se prvo prezentira postojeće stanje obiteljske kuće te vrši izraĉun gubitaka topline u jednoj prosjeĉnoj sezoni grijanja. Analizom su utvrđeni obodni elementi zgrade koji će se dodatno toplinski zaštititi nakon planirane energetske obnove. Utvrđene su konkretne planirane uštede toplinske energije u prosjeĉnoj sezoni grijanja. Sanacijom toplinske zaštite omotača kuće smanjujemo potrebu za energijom i ostvarujemo energetski učinkovitiju gradnju, a to je i cilj Europske unije koja kroz razne programe pomoći subvencionira energetsku obnovu, što bitno olakšava izvođenje same obnove.
