Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je proračun glavnih i sekundarnih elemenata čelične industrijske hale dimenzija 30 x 60 m, visine 7 m u strehi, s nagibom krovišta 6°. Rad je podijeljen u dva dijela. U prvom dijelu teorijski je opisana problematika projektiranja i proračuna čeličnih industrijskih zgrada a u drugom dijelu je proveden proračun čelične konstrukcije industrijske hale s gredama promjenjivog poprečnog presjeka prema HRN EN normama. Stupovi su izvedeni od čeličnih HEA profila a grede od IPE profila ojačanih vutom u strehi. Podrožnice su izvedene od pravokutnih šupljih profila. Prostorna stabilnost konstrukcije omogućena je sustavom spregova u krovnim i bočnim uzdužnim ravninama. Krovni spregovi izvedeni su od UPE profila a vertikalni zidni spregovi od kvadratnih šupljih profila. Svi elementi, glavni i sekundarni izvode se S355 čelikom. Statička analiza i provjera proračuna provedena je na ravninskom i prostornom modelu konstrukcije u programskom paketu SCIA Engineer a proračun priključaka proveden je u programskom paketu IdeaStatica.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the thesis is to calculate the main and secondary elements of a steel industrial hall 30 x 60 m layout dimensions, height of 7 m to the eaves and slope 6°. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes theoretically the problems in design of steel industrial buildings and the second part calculates the steel construction of an industrial hall with beams of variable cross section according to HRN EN standards. Columns are made by steel HEA sections and beams by IPE sections strengthened by haunchs on the eaves. The purlins are made by rectangular hollow sections. The spatial stability of the structure is made possible by the brace system in the roof and side longitudinal planes. Roof braces are made by UPE sections and the vertical wall braces by square hollow sections. All elements, main and secondary are made of S355 steel. Static analysis and design check was performed on the plane and spatial model of the construction in the SCIA Engineer software package and the calculation of the joints was carried out in the IdeaStatica software package.
