Abstract
U radu je opisan Mohr-Columbov zakon čvrstoće, pokusi koji se koriste u laboratoriju za utvrđivanje čvrstoće tla, prikazani su principi ispitivanja (po fazama – konsolidacija i posmik) intepretacije pokusa i dani primjeri pojedinih vrsta ispitivanja. Opisan je utjecaj pornog tlaka i promjene deformacije uzorka tla na rezultat pokusa. Razmotren je utjecaj kvalitete (neporemećenosti) uzorka tla na rezultat ispitivanja čvrstoće tla, u dreniranim i nedreniranim uvjetima.
