Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je proračun glavnog nosača čelične industrijske hale. Na samom početku rada, u tehničkom opisu, detaljno je opisana konstrukcija i prikazano je dispozicijsko rješenje hale uključujući stabilizaciju i sekundarne elemente. Za analizu opterećenja korištena je aplikacija Opterećenja kojom su proračunata vanjska djelovanja (snijeg i vjetar) na konstrukciju. Zatim je provedena statička analiza u programskom paketu Robot Structural Analysis kojom su u obzir uzeta vanjska djelovanja i djelovanja od vlastite težine konstrukcije i konstrukcijskih elemenata. Prema dobivenim statičkim podacima dimenzionirani su stup, greda i potrebne dimenzije ojačanja (vute). Rad uključuje i proračun utroška materijala za glavni nosač te grafičke priloge.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is desin of a steel manufacturing hall main girder. In the beginning of this work, in tehnical description, construction is described in detail and disposition of a hall is presented with stability and secundary elements included. Application Opterećenja is used for load analysis which calculates external forces (snow and wind) on construction. Static analysis was performed in Robot Structural Analysis software package which includes external forces and self weight of a constuction and construction elements. Dimensionig of column, beam and haunchs was made due to obtained static data. Work also includes material consuption for main girder and graphical attachments.
