Abstract
Koncepti koji su gurnuli tržište građevinarstva u BIM su interoperabilnost te kontinuirani i brzi protok informacija između sudionika projektiranja i građenja te se u skladu tim potrebama i razvija. Sa stajališta praćenja količina materijala i elemenata automatsko ažuriranje izmjena jedna je od prednosti BIM pristupa. Prema istraživanjima, ovisno o složenosti projekta, 50-80% vremena utroši se na utvrđivanje utroška materijala i procjenu troškova. Postoji više pristupa za dobivanje količina materijala i informacija o materijalu koji služe za pripremu tendera i izradu troškovnika. U radu će se istražiti pristupi koji uključuju aplikacijsko programsko sučelje koje najčešće dolazi u obliku biblioteke koja sadrži specifikacije za funkcije, strukture podataka, klase objekata i varijable, ODBC veze za izradu troškovnika kao što su CostX ili ITALSOFT te izvoz podataka u Excel. Na primjeru odabrane zgrade istražit će se i ocijeniti pouzdanost informacija iz informacijskog modela koje se koriste kao potpora troškovnoj analizi projekta.
Abstract (english)
The concepts that have pushed the construction market into BIM are interoperability and the continuous and rapid flow of information between design and construction participants, and is evolving to meet these needs. From a tracking point of view, the amount of materials and elements that automatically update changes is one of the benefits of a BIM approach. According to research, depending on the complexity of the project, 50-80% of the time is spent on determining the consumption of materials and cost estimates. There are multiple approaches to obtaining the quantities of materials and material information that are used for the preparation of tenders and the preparation of cost lists. This paper will explore approaches that include the application programming interface, which most often comes in the form of a library containing specifications for functions, data structures, object classes and variables; ODBC connection to estimating programs such as CostX or ITALSOFT, and exporting data to Excel. Based on the example of the selected building, the reliability of information from the information model used to support project cost estimates will be investigated and evaluated.
