Abstract
Za samozbijajući beton s recikliranom gumom ojačan polipropilenskim vlaknima provodit će se ispitivanja na tri različite mješavine u svježem i očvrslom stanju. U svježem stanju ispitivat će se određivanje gustoće svježe betonske mješavine prema normi HRN EN 12350 – 6, rasprostiranje slijeganjem prema normi HRN EN 12350-8, sposobnost zaobilaženja prepreke (armature) prema normi HRN EN 12350-12 i poroznost prema normi HRN EN 12350-7. U očvrslom stanju ispitivat će se modul elastičnosti prema normi HRN EN 12390-13:2013, ispitivanje brzine prolaza ultrazvučnog impulsa prema normi HRN EN 12504-4:2004, tlačna čvrstoća prema normi HRN EN 12390-3:2019, gustoća očvrslog betona prema normi HRN EN 12390-7:2019. Nakon svih ispitivanja, usporedit će se rezultati i zaključiti na koji način reciklirana guma i polipropilenska vlakna utječu na svojstva betona.
Abstract (english)
For self-compacting concrete with recycled rubber reinforced with polypropylene fibers, tests will be performed on three different mixtures in fresh and hardened condition. In the fresh state, the determination of the density of fresh concrete mix according to HRN EN 12350 - 6, spreading according to HRN EN 12350-8, ability to bypass obstacles (reinforcement) according to HRN EN 12350-12 and porosity according to HRN EN 12350- 7. In the hardened state, the modulus of elasticity according to the standard HRN EN 12390-13: 2013, testing the speed of passage of the ultrasonic pulse according to the standard HRN EN 12504-4: 2004, compressive strength according to the standard HRN EN 12390-3: 2019, density of hardened concrete will be tested according to the standard HRN EN 12390-7: 2019. After all tests, the results and conclusions of how recycled rubber and polypropylene fibers affect the properties of concrete are compared.
