Abstract
Koncept eko IT parka nastaje kao reakcija na urbanistički neplanirano postojeće stanje s područja Drinske i Gacke ulice. Zbog manjka sadržaja, koji bi okupljao potencijalne korisnike ovoga prostora, važna komponenta prilikom promišljanja koncepta bila je formacija javnih prostora i sadržaja. Ideja je bila stvoriti eko zajednicu koja bi bila mjesto susreta suvremenog čovjeka, njegovog prostora za rad i boravka u prirodi. Parter IT parka u potpunosti je prepušten korištenju zajednice pa se tako fluidnim pješačkim koridorima formiraju tematski javni zeleni „otoci“ s različitim sadržajima za sve dobne skupine. Zgrade su povezane mostovima kako bi se stvorio dojam cjelovitosti i omogućio dodatni „parter“ predviđen za korištenje isključivo korisnika IT centra. Poslovna zgrada zamišljena je kao integracija glavnih urbanističkih ideja i smjernica. Kroz zgradu se provlači tema zelenih oaza, a fluidno pješačko kretanje po parteru preslikava se na amorfan oblik atrija zamišljenog s ciljem postizanja fluidnosti otvorenog prostora prema prostorima za rad.
Abstract (english)
The concept of the eco IT park is created as a reaction to the unplanned existing urban situation in the area of Drinska and Gacka streets. Due to the lack of content, which would bring together potential users of the space, an important component during concept creation was the formation of public spaces and public content. The idea was to create an eco-community that would be a meeting spot for modern man, his workspace and stay in nature. The parterre of the IT park is intended for community use. Fluid pedestrian corridors are forming all-age themed public green "islands" with diverse content. The buildings are connected by the bridges to create the impression of integrity and provide an additional "ground floor" intended for use exclusively by users of the IT center. The office building is conceived as an integration of major urban ideas and guidelines. The theme of green oases runs through the building, and the fluid pedestrian movement on the ground floor is reflected in the amorphous shape of the atrium conceived with the achievement of the fluidity of the open space towards the work space.
