The office building is located in the southern part of the scope along Gacka Street. North of the building is a green interactive park within the IT center. The lot and the building are irregularly shaped, and the building itself forms a recognizable street facade with a "statement" gallery located next to it. Referring to the urban solution of the correct grid, the texture of greenery and paving, and the main pedestrian routes that "break" the regular grid, the concept of an IT business building arises. Adding on the green park, green textures and paving, the idea of a "green" building arises, where high greenery is placed in the form of transparent boxes / individual offices next to them. In this way, the offices that are retracted in relation to the facade are naturally ventilated and have access to the greenery. The southern facade of the building communicates with the environment and in a way represents, and introduces into the scope, while the northern facade communicates with the ground floor in the form of fragmented and sloping gallery spaces that are different on each floor to achieve a certain dynamism. With its characteristic suspended structure on reinforced concrete "V" girders that support steel frames, as a secondary structure it gives the impression that the building "floats", and the ground floor is mostly passable, and it opens in a north-south direction. The building / open / passable ground floor houses multi-purpose boxes. The building gets two vertical communication paths that extend through the entire facade in the form of steel fire stairs.
