Abstract
Poslovna zona Gacka planirana je na obuhvatu koji se sastoji od tri parcele. Obuhvat se nalazi na krajnjem jugu grada Osijeka. Idejno urbanističko rješenje sastoji se od 5 poslovnih zgrada: dvije četveroetažne i tri šesteroetažne zgrade, te prostora tržnice i hotela. U središtu obuhvata smješteni su javni trg i tržnica koji uvlače ljude i stvaraju životnu atmosferu u centru poslovne zone. Hotel je smješten na jugu uz mirniju prometnicu bliže Gradskom vrtu koji stvara potencijalne korisnike hotela.
