Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je upoznati se s kružnim raskrižjima, njihovim razvitkom kroz povijest, mogućim podjelama i kriterijima koje kružna raskrižja moraju zadovoljiti. Raskrižje s kružnim tokom bit će analizirano na odabranom postojećem raskrižju koje se nalazi u samom centru grada Osijeka, odnosno na križanju Ulice Ivana Gundulića i Županijske ulice. Kako bi dobili uvid u postojeće stanje odabranog raskrižja provedeno je brojanje prometa kojim je zaključena velika opterećenost Gundulićeve ulice. U ovom radu bit će analizirana tri varijantna rješenja na odabranom postojećem raskrižju. Prvim varijantnim rješenjem analizirano je turbo kružno raskrižje. Drugim varijantnim rješenjem analizirano je jednotračno kružno raskrižje s trakovima za desne skretače. U trećem varijantnom rješenju analizirano je jednotračno kružno raskrižje uz pomoć specijaliziranog računalnog programa za projektiranje kružnih raskrižja, Torus-a. Program Torus pruţa učinkovitije i jednostavnije projektiranje kružnih raskrižja. Sva tri rješenja izrađena su prema pravilima struke i pomoću važećih smjernica.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to get acquainted with roundabouts, their development through history, possible divisions and criteria that roundabouts must satisfy. The intersection with the roundabout will be analyzed at the selected existing intersection located in the center of the city of Osijek, at the intersection of Ivana Gundulića Street and Ţupanijska Street. In order to get an insight into the existing condition of the selected intersection, a traffic count was performed, which concluded that the traffic on Gundulićeva Street was very congested. In this paper will be analyze three variant solutions at the selected existing intersection. The first variant solution analyzed the turbo roundabout. Another variant solution analyzed is a single-lane roundabout with lanes for right-hand turnouts. In the third variant solution, a single-lane roundabout was analyzed with the help of a specialized computer program for designing roundabouts called Torus. The Torus program provides more efficient and simpler design of roundabouts. All three solutions are made according to the rules of the profession and with the help of relevant guidelines.
