Abstract
Zadatak diplomskog rada je predložiti projekt povećanja energetske učinkovitosti obiteljske kuće prema kriterijima za zgrade gotovo nulte energije. U radu je prikazano postojeće stanje kuće prema kojem je napravljen proračun energetskih svojstava kuće za postojeće stanje, te određen energetski razred. Na temelju toga predložene su mjere za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti. Prema predloženim mjerama proračunata su energetska svojstva kuće te je odabrano projektno rješenje čijom će se provedbom smanjiti emisija CO2, potrošnja energije za grijanje, hlađenje i pripremu potrošne tople vode u zgradi. U radu je prikazan troškovnik za provedbu predloženih mjera te su uspoređeni rezultati postojećeg i projektiranog stanja i prikazana je analiza isplativosti energetske obnove kuće.
Abstract (english)
The assignment of this graduation thesis is proposing a project of increase the energy efficiency of a family house according to the requirements for nearly zero – energy building. Thesis present the existing state of house regarding energy properties and energy class of the house that was determined based on calculation. Measures for improving the energy efficiency of the house were proposed. According to suggested measures calculation of the energy properties of the house was made. Application of proposed measures could reduce CO2 emission, consumption of heating energy, cooling energy and energy for preparation of hot water. Thesis present a cost estimate for implementation of suggested measures, and comparison with the results of the existing and proposed, energy improved, state. Cost – effectiveness of energy renovation was analysed.
