Abstract
Izolirani periferni smještaj parcele predstavlja ograničenje, no i primarni povod orijentiranja sklopa građevina prema unutrašnjosti. Posljedicom manjka kvalitetnih vizura te dva do tri vertikalna repera, volumeni konceptno formiraju polukruţnicu unutar koje se smještaju primjereni sadrţaji. Projekt poslovne zone čine tri zgrade uz sporednu cestu, povezane namjenom,a ujedno i krajobraznim uređenjem odnosno urbanizmom. Bočne građevine su više od centralne koja oblikom tvori veliki zid. Urbanizam je utemeljen na modernoj verziji botaničkog vrta koji se u prošlosti nalazio u blizini. Dosta nepravilno geometrijsko uređenje je uvjetovalo oblike zgrade i njihove visine.
Abstract (english)
The isolated peripheral location of the plot is a limitation, but also the primary reason for the orientation of the building complex towards the Interior. As a result of the lack of quality views and a few vertical landmarks, the volumes conceptually form a semicircle within which appropreate contents are placed. The two side buildings are taller than the central one, which serves the purpose of creating a large wall. The master plan is based on a modern version of the old botanical garden, which was located nearby in the past. Quite irregular geometric arrangement conditioned the shapes of the building and their height.
