Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je izrada početnog plana izgradnje dionice prometnice. U prvom dijelu rada opisano je što je to planiranje i zašto je bitno napraviti dobar početni plan prije početka izgradnje nekog projekta. U radu su predstavljene dvije vrste dinamičkih planova, gantogram i ortogonalni plan te računalni programi za izradu ovih planova koji omogućavaju efikasno praćenje projekta te ažuriranje po potrebi. U radu je razrađena tematika o strukturnoj raščlambi projekata. U drugom dijelu, u studiji slučaja, predstavljena je izvedba izvanrednog održavanja dionice državne ceste D7 Sikirevci – Slavonski Šamac u duljini od 8300 m, tj. razrađeni su postupci rekonstrukcije gornjeg ustroja prometnice i tehnologije izvođenja pojedinih aktivnosti od kojih je najzanimljivija hladna reciklaža asfalta u kojoj je korištena postojeća sirovina. Za izradu početnog plana projekta studije slučaja korištena su dva računalna programa u kojima su izrađeni dinamički planovi, gantogram u Microsoft Projectu i ortogonalni plan u Tilosu. Izrađena je i karta procesa pripreme, proizvodnje i ugradnje hladnog recikliranog sloja i vruće asfaltne mješavine.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the preparation of the initial plan for the construction of the road section. The first part of the thesis describes what planning is and why it is important to create a good initial plan before starting to build a project. The thesis introduces two types of dynamic plans, a Gantt chart and an orthogonal plan, and computer programs for creating these plans that allow for efficient project monitoring and updating as needed. The thesis deals with the topic of structural analysis of projects. In the second part, the case study presents the extraordinary maintenance of the section of the state road D7 Sikirevci - Slavonski Šamac with a length of 8300 m, i.e. elaborates the procedures for the reconstruction of the upper structure of the road and the technology for carrying out certain activities, the most interesting of which is the cold recycling of asphalt, in which the existing raw material was used. To create the initial plan of the case study project, two computer programs were used in which dynamic plans were created, a Gantt chart in Microsoft Project and an orthogonal plan in Tilos. A map of the preparation, production and paving process of the cold recycled layer and the hot asphalt mix was also created.
