Abstract
Za istraživanje ponašanja betona s dodatkom gume u odnosu na konvencionalni beton napravljena je kalibracija modela na osnovu rezultata eksperimentalnih ispitivanja armirano-betonskih greda, te numerička simulacija ponašanja sustava sa istim materijalnim karakteristikama. Ispitane su grede od tri različite mješavine, od svake mješavine napravljene su tri grede. U sastavu betona prirodni agregat je djelomično zamijenjen s recikliranom gumom, a cement je zamijenjen sa silicijskom prašinom. Smjesa SCC-OCR-0SL je referentna, bez dodataka, u smjesi SCC-10CR-0SLF prirodni agregat je zamijenjen s 10% gume, dok je u smjesu SCC-15CR-5SLF stavljeno 15% reciklirane gume umjesto prirodnog agregata i 5 % silicijske prašine umjesto cementa. Prosječna tlačna čvrstoća greda s betonom od reciklirane gume manja je za 29,4 % u odnosu na obični beton. Rezultati kalibracije ispitivanja greda korišteni su za izradu numeričkih modela. Cilj je bio istražiti ponašanje konstrukcije pri djelovanju potresa. Numerički model je potvrdio pretpostavke ovog eksperimenta. Modeli od betona s recikliranom gumom imali su manje pomake pri djelovanju seizmičke sile, ostvarivali su manje sile inercije zbog lakše konstrukcije, čime je napravljen doprinos u istraživanju upotrebe recikliranih materijala u građevinarstvu u svrhu očuvanja prirode.
Abstract (english)
In order to investigate the behavior of concrete with the addition of rubber aggregate compared to conventional concrete, calibration of the models was made based on the results of experimental tests of reinforced concrete beams, with the numerical simulation of the behavior of the system with the same material characteristics. Beams from three different mixtures were tested, three beams were made from each mixture. In the concrete mixtures natural aggregate is partially replaced with recycled rubber, and cement is partially replaced with silica fume. The SCC-OCR-0SL mixture is a reference one, without additives, in the SCC-10CR-0SLF mixture natural aggregate was replaced with 10% rubber, while in the SCC-15CR-5SLF mixture 15% recycled rubber was added instead of natural aggregate and 5% of cement was replaced with silica fume. The average compressive strength of beams with recycled rubber concrete is lower by 29.4% compared to conventional concrete. The calibration results of beam tests were used to create numerical models. The goal was to investigate the behavior of the structure during an earthquake. The numerical model confirmed the assumptions of this experiment. Models made of concrete with recycled rubber had smaller displacements under the action of seismic force, realized less inertial force due to lighter construction, which contributed to the research of the use of recycled materials in construction for the purpose of preserving nature.
