Abstract
U diplomskom radu opisani su mehanizmi indeksne klauzule i klizne skale koje sudionici ugovora o građenju biraju i uređuju ugovornim klauzulama. Opisane su metode kojima se dokazuje razlika u cijeni radova i koje se koriste prilikom promjene cijene kod ugovora o građenju. U radu su usporedno analizirane odredbe Zakona o obveznim odnosima i Posebnih uzanci o građenju koje su vezane za promjenu cijene u ugovorima u kojima postoji odredba o nepromjenjivosti cijene ili odredba ,,ključ u ruke“. Početni dio rada sadrži sažeti prikaz zakonske regulative i objašnjenja općenitih pojmova vezanih za Ugovore o građenju.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, the mechanisms of index clauses and sliding scales were described, which participants in the construction contract choose and regulate by contract clauses. Methods have been described to prove the difference in the price of the works and used when changing the price of the construction contract. In parallel, the regulations of the Law on Obligatory Relations and Special Customs in Construction were analyzed, which refer to price changes in contracts, and in which there is a decree of invariability of the prices or a "Turnkey" decree. The initial part of the thesis contains a summary representation of the legal regulation and an explanation of general terms related to construction contracts.
