Abstract
U radu je opisan pojam projekta i njegovog planiranja, važnost planiranja resursa te postupak planiranja materijala i ljudskih resursa. Objašnjena je metoda rasporeda resursa pomoću histograma i način ujednačenja ljudskih kapaciteta u vremenu. Na primjeru izgradnje spojne ceste „Svilajska – Sv. L. B. Mandića“ u Osijeku prikazano je planiranje resursa (ljudi i strojeva) te je izrađen dinamički plan, strukturna raščlamba projekta WBS i histogram resursa.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the notion of project and its planning, the significance of resource planning and the process of materials and human resources planning. Also explained here is the method of resource allocation, using histograms, and the way of temporal equalization of human resources. Using the construction of the road connecting Svilajska and Sv. L. B. Mandića streets in Osijek as an example, resource (human resources and machinery) planning is explained and also the dynamic plan, work breakdown structure (WBS) and the resources histogram are made.
