Abstract
Tema završnog rada je urbanističko i arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Gacka koja se nalazi na južnom dijelu grada Osijeka. Urbanističkim se rješenjem odredio položaj zgrada turističke i poslovne namjene. Također, urbanizmom se definirao položaj i veličina markica poslovnih zgrada, a koje će se nalaziti svaka na svojoj parceli, sa vlastitom garažom. Arhitektonsko rješenje bavi se projektom jedne od poslovnih zgrada. Koncept arhitektonskog rješenja nastavlja se na prvotno postavljene ciljeve urbanističkog rješenja. Sama poslovna zgrada koja je predmet arhitektonskog rješenja smještena je na istočnom dijelu obuhvata i kao takva stvara izrazito važno pročelje, ne samo poslovne zone, već i cijelog grada, s obzirom na već spomenutu važnost Ulice kneza Trpimira. Od oblikovnih elemenata prostora najbliže je naselje Sjenjak, a koji se ovim rješenjem želio naglasiti. Sam je koncept nastao kao reakcija na kontekst u kojem se nalazi. Rješenje zgrade počiva na već spomenutim ciljevima, ali se pri projektiranju pažnja posvetila i sadržajima koji će imati važnu ulogu u daljnjem razvoju tvrtke. Početni je volumen u konačnom rješenju podijeljen u tri zasebna volumena koji gradacijom naglašavaju arhitekturu urbanizma.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final work is the urban and architectural solution of the business zone Gacka, located in the southern part of Osijek. The urban solution determined the use od buildings for tourist and business purposes. Also, urban planning has defined the position and size of stamps od office building, which will be placed on their own plot, with its own garage. The architectural solution deals with the project of one of the office buildings. The concept of the architectural solution contiues the originally set goals of the urban solution. The business building whicj is the subject of the architectural solution is located in the eastern part of the scope and as such creates a very important facade, not only facade of the business zone, but also of the whole city, given by the already mentioned importance of Ulica kneza Trpimira. As the form elements od the space, the closest is the settlement of Sjenjak, which we wanted to emphasize with this solution. The concept arose as a reaction to the context in which is located. The solution of the building is based on the already mentioned goals, but in the design attention was paid to the contents that will play an important role in the further development of the company. The initial volume in the final solution is divided into three separate volumes that gradation emphasize the architecture of urbanism.
