Abstract
U ovom radu će se opisati tehnologija izvođenja polumontažnih međukatnih konstrukcija, materijali i strojevi koji se pritom koriste. Međukatne konstrukcije su nosivi horizontalni elementi u konstrukciji koji preuzimaju opterećenje od elemenata iznad sebe te to isto opterećenje prenose na zidove ili stupove ispod sebe. Međukatne konstrukcije ujedno daju i zaštitu od buke, vlage, toplinskih gubitaka i požara. Također međukatna konstrukcija dijeli zgradu po etažama. Može biti izrađena na nekoliko osnovnih načina, a to su: monolitni, montažni i polumontažni. U ovom radu će se najviše govoriti o polumontažnon načinu izrade od kojeg su pojedini dijelovi izrađeni u tvornicama te se kao gotovi elementi dovoze na gradilište i ugrađuju, a neki elementi se izrađuju na mjestu ugradnje pa ga upravo zbog takvog kombiniranog načina izrade zovemo polumontažni. Kada se govori o polumontažnim vrstama konstrukcija tu je potrebno spomenuti da su najzastupljeniji monta i fert, te Ytong koji se u zadnje vrijeme sve više koristi. Najistaknutije prednosti polumontažnih međukatnih konstrukcija bi bile brzina ugradnje, cijena, jednostavnost rada i tehnologije izvođenja.
Abstract (english)
This work will describe the tehnology of semi prefabriced interfloor construction, the materials and machines that are used. Interfloor structures are load-bearing horizontal elements in the structure that take the load from theelements above them and transfer the same load to the walls or columns below them. Interfloor structures also provide protection agains noise, moisture, heat loss and fire. Also, the interfloor structures devides the building into floors. It can be made in several basic ways, namely: monolitic, prefabriced, semi assambled. In this work we will mostly talk about the semi-prefabriced manufacturing method, from which some parts are made in factories and are bought to the construction site as finished elements and installed, and some elements are made at the installation site, so it is preciely because of this combined manufacturing method that is called semi-prefabriced. When we talk about semi prefabricated types of construction, it should be mentioned that the most common are monta and fert and ytong, which has been used more and more recently. The most prominet advantages of semi prefabricated interfloors structures would be the speed of installation, price, ease of operation and execute tehnology.
