Abstract
Tema završnog rada je urbanističko i arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Gacka. Urbanizmom se definirao položaj markica poslovnih zgrada koje će se nalaziti na jednoj parceli, a čije će podzemne etaže biti povezane jednom zajedničkom garažom. Koncept arhitektonskog rješenja nadovezuje se na prvotno postavljene ciljeve urbanističkog rješenja. Ciljevi su ostvariti sinergiju i stvoriti više zajedničkih prostora. Zbog velikog koncentracije ljudi. Korisnici imaju usmjeren put kretanja dijagonalom odnosno šetnicom. Položaj svih planiranih poslovnih zgrada osmišljen je tako da se otvara korisnicima ka središtu parcele, a okreće od divlje gradnje i velikih infrastrukturnih sustava. Buku koja dolazi od velikih prometnica planirano je blokirati zaštitnim visokim zelenilom na obodu parcele. Poslovna zgrada nadovezuje se na urbanizam te sadržava otvoreno prizemlje i prolaz. Zgrada je podijeljena na dva dijela puno/prazno. Podjelom zgrade postignuto je logično i brza komunikacija. Tlocrtni koncept očitava se i na fasadi. Na otvorenom dijelu zgrade je dvostruka staklena fasada te se zgrada doima providno. Na suprotnom, zatvorenom dijelu zgrade je fasada od šuplje opeke.
Abstract (english)
Topic of the final paper is the urban and architectural solution of the Gacka business zone. Urban planning has defined the position of stamps of office buildings that will be located on one plot, and whose underground floors will be connected by a common garage. The architectural solution deals with the project of one of the business buildings from the scope of the conceptual urban solution. The concept of the architectural solution builds from the originally set goals of the urbaqn solution. Main goals are to achieve synergy and create more common spaces. Due to the large contetration of people, users have a directed path along a diagonal. The locaton of all office buildings is designed to open to users towards the center of the plot, and turn away from illegal construction and large infrastructure systems. Tall greenery on the perimeter of the plot is planned to protect the site from the noise coming from major roads. It also contributes to the aesthetics of the ground floor and the view from the buildings. The office building is a continuation of urbanism and contains an open ground floor and passage. The building I split in two parts full/empty. The concept drives idea from the urban solution where the building is facing inwards. By dividing the building, logical and fast communication was achieved. The floor plan concept can be read on the facade. The open part of the building has a double glassfacade and the building looks transparent. On the opposite, closed part of the building is a hollow brick facade.
